Request Account Deletion

At Aru, we respect your privacy and give you full control over your personal information. If you decide to stop using our services, you can request to have your account permanently deleted.

Once your request is processed, all associated data including your profile, preferences, and usage records will be securely removed from our system in compliance with our privacy policy.

How to Delete Your Account

  1. Via the App:Open the Aru app → Go to Profile Settings → Select “Delete My Account” → Confirm your request.
  2. Via Email Request:If you’re unable to access your account, send an email to info@arumove.com using the same email linked to your Aru account with the subject line: “Account Deletion Request”.
  3. Our team will review and verify your request within 3–5 business days. You’ll receive a confirmation email once your data has been fully removed.

Important Notes

  • Account deletion is permanent and cannot be undone. Once deleted, your profile and all related data will no longer be accessible.
  • Certain transaction or compliance-related data may be retained temporarily where required by law or security obligations.
  • You can rejoin the platform anytime by signing up again with a new account.
